DAY 5
It is incredible, today is the last day of the course. Time has gone by very fast.
For today we created an account in nicenet www.nicenet.org.

We could see the assigments that need to be presented during next week. Furthermore we shared how to use nicenet by practicing with our accounts. Assigments at first look seem a kind of complex but I will analyze them throughly
When I tried to enter again I had problems with the password; happily for me I could reset my password to enter. Now I'm ready to do the tasks.
Our facilitator said that some of us hadn't uploaded all tasks assigned, so she gave us more time to check them or do any correction. This is a right decision because lack of time was a hindrance difficult to overcome. In the same way she let us work on the last project, nevertheless my group couldn't finish yet. We will meet next week to finish it.
How to apply all learnt in this course results the most difficult part because it involves two essential parts:
1. The use of the technological tools
2. The content that is going to be tramsmitted by the use of technological tools
It means teaching and sharing good contents by using technological tools.
We might have recourse to class blogs, social nets, google docs, or even e-mails to apply all learnt.

DAY 4
Today is the fourth day we are near to finish the course, yet we have more time to learn new things.
We could see some interactive power point presentations. In my opinion, the presentations were partially good because they used the elements we learnt beforehand. Nonetheless the content was not clear enough. I think concentrating only on the form constitutes a big problem and most of the time the contents are ignored. Defenitely we must notice that we are teaching contents through the use of technological tools not the contrary.
For me, we must take into accountant these two parts content and form to demonstrate that we really manage any tool. Not only presentations full of pictures. The facilitator provided a good guide to make PPT. Consider this example I found http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/10-tips-for-preparing-a-professional-presentation/ , again it is only for the design, remember you must add the appropriate content.
Additionally, we created an account in engrade www.engrade.com, which permits to make quizzes online becoming a great resource for teachers, since we could set simple quizzes that show the students' advance.I had some problems with my account. I forgot the password. I need to create a new one.
I'd never heard from Google docs. In general, I had used google only to search for information, my knowledge was limited. But fortunatelly I learnt more about it. For instance, I know that Google docs is a programm that allows to create online documents. Moreover it's possible to share them with a group. Editing documents is feasible too. You could share documents privately or not.
To accede to this program you must go to www. google.com in the toolbar click on MAS select Docs, it 's required to have a gmail account before. The rest is very easy. Beyond writing the steps to create a google docs account is relevant the use of this tool. I'd really like to use it to enhance my teaching. I'd like to share documents with you.
